Introduction

BondAI describes itself as an open-source framework tailored for integrating and customizing Conversational AI Agents. It builds on top of OpenAI's API + function calls and aims to handle the implementation complexities involved in creating Autonomous AI Agents, including memory management, error handling, integrated vector/semantic search, as well as the ability to easily create new, custom tools.

The team around BondAI also works on Benchmarking tools, Multi-agent support systems (like Autogen), and Cognitive Architectures.

As per this writing, BondAI can be integrated with Microsoft Azure, Google Search, DuckDuckGo, Alpaca Markets (trading), PostgreSQL (schema and queries), Bland AI (phone calls/transcripts), Gmail, and Langchain tools.

Powerful stuff.

Product

In my opinion, BondAI’s product is an abstraction layer, some people call it a wrapper, on top of OpenAI which makes building an investment agent a one-liner like this.
