When we implemented AI-infused Auto Approvals at Mercedes-Benz, one of the model classes we were not permitted to use was Neural Networks. Since LLMs are also based on Neural Networks, I believe the same policy would still be in place today and would also prohibit the use of LLMs for credit decision-making.
